Join Linda for a special 3-hour interactive workshop focused on the benefits of yoga for bone health, osteopenia, and osteoporosis.
Discover how targeted yoga practices can help improve balance, prevent falls and fractures, and support bone strength as we age. This extended session includes an educational component followed by a guided, interactive yoga class.
You’ll learn how to practice mindfully and effectively using specific poses, props, and modifications designed to strengthen muscles, improve balance & coordination, increase range of motion and build bone density. No previous yoga experience is required. Suitable for all levels.
